This meeting is designed for those with a strong interest in the
care of osteoporosis and bone related diseases, especially professional
using Quantitative Ultrasound (QUS) equipment, and will focus on
latest clinical & practical guidelines as well as new and emerging
information
Educational goals
After attending this Meet the Professor session, participants will
be expected to:
- review and discuss the latest publications and conference reports
on QUS technologies and outcomes;
- describe current controversies in fracture prediction, diagnosis,
treatment initiation and monitoring, and management of osteoporosis
using QUS;
- know how to use QUS in clinical practice.
