Registration fees

Participant’s registration fee includes:

• Final Programme and Abstract Book
• Attendance at all scientific sessions
• Access to posters and commercial exhibition
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on 10 May
• Tea and coffee during official breaks
• Lunch on 11, 12 and 13 May
• Cultural event on 12 May
• Access to Conference Party Dinner on 13 May at subsidized rate
• VAT at 19%
   

Accompanying person’s registration fee includes:

• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on 10 May
• Cultural event on 12 May
• Access to Conference Party on 13 May at subsidized rate
• VAT at 19%

 
How to Register

If you do not wish to use the on-line form, please use the printable registration form [PDF].

Please note that the registration form is to be used to register one participant only and, if applicable, their accompanying person(s).

Your name badge should be worn at all times at the meeting and during official social events.

 
Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be sent to MCI SA in writing (fax, letter or email). For cancellations received before 29 March 2006 fees will be refunded less €70 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.

A handling fee of € 30 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after 12 April 2006.

The registration and accommodation desks will be open as follows:

	Thursday 11 May		08.00 – 19.30
	Friday 12 May		08.00 – 19.30
	Saturday 13 May		08.00 – 19.30
	Sunday 14 May		08.00 – 12.45
