General Information
Documents and Badges Meeting documents should be collected on-site at the registration
desk. Name badges must be worn at all times during the Meeting and
in the
exhibition area. Certificate of AttendanceCertificates of attendance will be distributed on the registration desk. Delegates wishing to claim CME points must fill in the CME evaluation form in the delegate wallet and hand it in at the registration desk to receive their certificate. Lunch/Coffee/TeaLunch, coffee and tea during official breaks are included in the registration fee and will be served in the exhibition area. LanguageThe official language of the meeting will be English. DisclaimerThe 33rd European Symposium on Calcified Tissues and/or its agents have the right to alter or cancel the meeting or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the meeting without prior notice for any reason beyond their control. The meeting and/or its agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation. External Scientific and Social EventsIt is not authorised for external scientific and social events to be organised during the official hours of the meeting programme, which includes the scientific programme (including the satellite symposia), the opening ceremony and reception and the conference party. Transportation to social events may not depart during the official programme (including the satellite symposia). Italian Pharmaceutical CompaniesThe Organisers have chosen AISC & MGR to collect, on our behalf, all applications from Italian pharmaceutical companies and to file them with the appropriate Italian Health Ministry officials.
