Venue
All lectures will be held in the AUDITORIUM of the Palacio de Congresos de Madrid, Paseo de la Castellana, 99 - 28046 Madrid, Spain.
 
Slide Preview
ALL speakers, whether or not they are showing slides, are asked to report to Slide Preview, at least 1 hour before the start of their session.
  
Slides will be available for collection from Slide Preview between 30 and 60 minutes after the end of your session. Please ensure slide containers are clearly marked with your name and address. Neither the Palacio de Congresos nor the Organisers can be responsible for the safe keeping of slides, which are not collected.
  
Slide Preparation
  • Your slides should be 35mm transparencies in LANDSCAPE format. No responsibility will be accepted by the organizers for any damage that may occur to slides, which have been incorrectly mounted.
  • If a slide needs to be shown more than once, it is essential that you provide duplicates in the correct sequence.
  • Speakers are urged to have their slides professionally mounted.
  • Please do not put self-adhesive labels or sticky tape on the slide mounts. These can jam the slide projector. Any information needed can be written on to the slide mount in a permanent marker pen.
  • Slides with a cardboard mount may jam in the projector if they get damp - please ensure that they are kept dry at all times.
  • Front projection will be used.
    
Projection Facilities
  1. IBMS/ECTS 2001 will use single project as the standard mode of projection. Dual projection is available by prior notification to the Organizers only.
  2. Data projection (PowerPoint) is available
  3. Video projection is available
  4. Overhead projectors are available upon request

Please indicate your requirements on the Confirmation Form when confirming your presentation so that we can take care of the necessary arrangements.

If you wish to use data or video projection using your own computer, please make sure you bring the necessary equipment. Standard plugs, connections, and equipment will also be available on site. Please contact our Congress Secretariat to verify availability of the right equipment for your needs.
