IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please be informed that the Value Added Tax (VAT) in the United Kingdom will revert back to 17,5% as of 01.01.2010 This change will be implemented on registration invoices for all participants registering as of 01.01.2007.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be sent to MCI in writing (fax,
letter or email). For cancellations received before
6 May 2010 deposits will be refunded less €70
for administrative costs. (The cancellation fee will
be €35 if you are registering for the training
course only). After this date, no refund will be possible.
A handling fee of €30 per registration will be
charged for every registration modification received
after 6 May 2010.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of attendance will be distributed after
noon on Monday 28 June at the registration desk and
through the website after the conference. You will need
your registration number (given in your confirmation
letter and on your name badge) to log on for this service.
ITALIAN PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES
The Organisers have chosen AIM Group Rome, to collect,
on our behalf, all applications from Italian pharmaceutical
companies and to file them with the appropriate Italian
Health Ministry officials.
