General informationCongress venue ECTS 2007 will be held at the Bella Center, Copenhagen, Center Boulevard 5, DK-2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark Meeting documents should be collected on-site at the registration desk. Name badges must be worn at all times during the Meeting and in the exhibition area. Delegates wishing to claim CME points must fill in the CME evaluation form in the delegate wallet and hand it in at the registration desk to receive their certificate. Travel by Bus Bus number 4A: Goes from Svanemøllen Station via the Valby and Sjaelør train stations to Sundbyvester Plads and back again. The bus makes two stops at the Bella Center Auditorium and at the Bella Center Metrostation by the east entrance Free public transport pass: All delegates and accompanying persons are offered a public transport pass. These will be given out on the registration desk and can be used on the Metro and buses in the city centre and to the Bella Center (Zones 1 and 2). TRANSFERS Cultural Event at Holmens Church - Monday 7 May VISAIf you are an EU citizen, you must either present a passport or an ID card valid for the duration of your stay in order to enter Denmark for tourist visits of up to three months. Citizens of other countries must have a valid passport. Some non-EU citizens are required to produce a visa. Please contact your travel agent or the nearest Danish diplomatic post for further information. Should you need a letter of invitation to register to obtain an Entry Visa, please contact MCI. Please note that we cannot enter into correspondence with the Danish authorities on your behalf and any invitation letter does not imply any financial liability on our part. A travel insurance policy to cover theft, loss and medical problems is recommended.
