and during official social events. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICYAll cancellations must be sent to MCI in writing (fax, letter or email). For cancellations received before 28 March 2008 fees will be refunded less €70 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible. A handling fee of €30 per registration will be charged
