HOW TO REGISTER

Please register on-line or use the printed registration form.

Please note that the registration form is to be used to register one participant only and, if applicable, their accompanying person(s).

Your name badge should be worn at all times at the meeting and during official social events.
 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be sent to MCI in writing (fax, letter or email). For cancellations received before 28 March 2008 fees will be refunded less €70 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.

A handling fee of €30 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after 28 March 2008.
